Sewing Projects On The Horizon…

Happy Sunday/Almost Monday! Vogue Patterns (http://voguepatterns.mcall.com) had another one of their lovely, lovely sales over the weekend – all of the patterns were $3.99, which is much better than their regular prices. I ordered four patterns, and when they arrive, it’s ON! I haven’t done any sewing projects in awhile, and I really need to get back to it. Here’s what I bought:

Shoe Alert! New Shoes! New Shoes!

So much for that “no buy” ban. *throws ban out the window!* I made a little trip to DSW over the weekend, just browsing around, when these beauties caught my eye! Where were they? The clearance aisle. Apparently they were an online return. They were the only pair in the store. Of course I snatched them right up!

I love how the bottom of the shoes have a faux wooden look. Did that make sense? It made sense in my head, don’t judge me.

These are a lot more comfortable than they look! Now I need to find a reason to wear them. *looks around* Oh, who am I kidding. Like I need a reason. *throws on shoes to go grocery shopping!*

Shoe Adoration

So, everyone who knows me knows that I have a crazy, insatiable love for shoes. I’m not even going to pretend like that’s not the truth. I LOVE SHOES!!! Especially those of the high heeled variety! I can never have enough of them! And it’s been that way for as long as I can remember. Even as a kid, I had lots of shoes. One of these days, when I move again, I plan to turn one room of my home into a walk in closet room. Just because. I also plan to have my very own wig crypt as well, but that’s another story for another day!

This is a quick post full of shoes that I plan to eventually own. Mind you, this is not the full list. Not even close. But it’s a start!
