Chicken Packages…Bundles…Yummies?

Tried an easy recipe today – Chicken Bundles! Original recipe can be found here: http://www.quick-and-easy-dinner.com/chicken-bundles.html

Tweaked version of the recipe:

2 cans of Crescent rolls

1 tbsp chopped or minced onions (I added a LOT more…but that’s because I love onions!)

1 13oz can of chicken, or cook and chop up a chicken breast (yum!)

1 tsp parsley (again, I added more – I have a lot of it that needs to be used up!)

4 oz cream cheese

1 tbsp sesame seeds (I left this out)

And I also added Cajun seasoning just to give it a little more umph!

———————————————–

1) Mix all of the ingredients (except the crescent rolls!) together in a bowl.

2) Open the packages of crescent rolls, but do not divide them into triangles. Separate sections by twos (two triangles will make up a single bundle), and close the seams by pinching them together. Pat them out into a larger rectangle/square/whatever shape it happens to make!

3) Add a spoonful of the mixture to the center of each square, then fold them up towards the center. Press the ends together to seal. They will probably look ugly. This is okay. 😉

4) Place the packages onto a greased baking sheet, and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Enjoy! 🙂
